The Lord’s Day
Corporate worship begins each Lord’s Day at 10 AM, with the Lord’s Supper celebrated each week. Curious about our worship? Questions answered here.
Mother’s Room
A room for mothers with small children is provided next to the sanctuary. This room is fully equipped with sound from the worship service.
Catechism Class
A Sunday School class for young children and a catechism class for older children meet every Sunday morning at 9 AM except during the months of July and August. The Westminster Shorter Catechism is being studied and memorized. Older children children (and their parents!) are welcome. There is also Sunday School for young children
Sunday School
A Sunday school class meets at the same time as the Catechism class and offers an alternative study for young people and Adults. Topics are covered in modules and subject matter varies. Current classes being offered: Intro to Postmillennialism, (Upstairs overflow rm) Calvin’s Institutes Book II (Training rm on main floor) The Lord’s Prayer (library upstairs) Choir (sanctuary) and children’s class 2-12 in the (”Goliath rm” in the basement).
In addition to meeting on the Lord’s Day, we gather at other times during the week.

Parish Small Groups
Baxter Parish is a small group that meets at Pastoral Intern Ben Alexander’s home located next door to the church bldg. Anyone is invited and the group meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Fri’s at 7pm. The group rotates their study/fellowship around topics, books, or a book from the Bible. Currently the group is studying the gospel of Luke. Please contact Eric Robinson (230.5720) for small group info in the Spokane Valley. Prayer
The men gather for prayer every Thursday morning at the Oaks (Eric Fugitt’s classroom) at 6:40-7:10 am and the ladies gather in various parishes around the city. Please inquire for Nancy Lewis at the church office for more information (329.0314).
Family Psalm Sing
Once a month the families of the church gather to learn the harmonies to new psalms and to sing their old favorites. This event usually occurs on the second Sunday of the month after the Fellowship meal. Please consult the bulletin for more information.
Perry District Fellowship
The PDF is a twenty-something discipleship group. Contact Charlie Dowers if you are interested or if you are looking for more information (954.8997).
Heads of Households
The heads of households meet on the second Wednesday of every odd month (ie. January, March, May, July, etc) for discussion and prayer. Matters for discussion pertain to the ministries and governance of the church. All heads of households are encouraged to attend.
Calvin and Hops
Gather with us monthly for great beer and a lively topical discussion. Contact church office for more information (329.0314).
Disserenda
Disserenda is Latin for, “things to be discussed.” This is a movie night for young people middle school through high school held on the first Fri of the month at the church bldg. 7pm-9:30.
Ladies Craft Night
This is a time for ladies to get together and talk “shop” while working on crafts, hobbies, or any kind of little project together. This is usually held on the second Thurs of each month at 6:30pm. Contact Terri Young (435.7949) for more info.
