The Lord’s Day
Corporate worship begins each Lord’s Day at 9:30 AM, with the Lord’s Supper celebrated each week. Curious about our worship? Questions answered here.
Mother’s Room
A room for mothers with small children is provided next to the sanctuary. This room is fully equipped with sound from the worship service.
Prayer
Following corporate worship most Sundays is an opportunity to gather together in prayer. Everyone is invited to remain in the sanctuary for this time and to participate in raising praise, thanksgiving and petitions before the Lord together.
In addition to meeting on the Lord’s Day, we gather at other times during the week.
Other Events:
Parish Small Groups
Baxter Parish is a small group that meets in various homes. Anyone is invited and the group meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Fri’s at 7pm. The group rotates their study/fellowship around topics, books, or a book from the Bible. Please contact Doug Matangelo at the church office (509-329-0314) for information.
Prayer
The men gather for prayer every Thursday morning at the Oaks (Eric Fugitt’s classroom) at 6:40-7:10 am and the ladies gather in various parishes around the city. Please inquire for Nancy Lewis at the church office for more information (329.0314).
Family Psalm Sing
Once a month the families of the church gather to learn the harmonies to new psalms and to sing their old favorites. This event usually occurs on the second Sunday of the month after the Fellowship meal. Please consult the bulletin for more information.
Perry District Fellowship
The PDF is a twenty-something discipleship group. Contact Charlie Dowers if you are interested or if you are looking for more information (954.8997).
Heads of Households
The heads of households meet on the second Wednesday of every odd month (ie. January, March, May, July, etc) for dinner, fellowship, discussion and prayer. Matters for discussion pertain to the ministries and governance of the church. All heads of households are encouraged to attend.
